ABOUT THE MESSAGE

RECENT MESSAGE: THE GIFT EXCHANGE

God’s plan is always better than ours. He’s in all the details— even when we don’t think they matter.

The plan for each of us, in each season, is a gift from our Creator and loving Father. Sometimes we get in the way and desire a gift exchange.

Watch to learn about how, throughout history, God’s word demonstrates that He has a plan. His gifts, through us, are crucial to the Kingdom.

King Solomon was the third king of Israel. He followed King Saul and then King David. Solomon was the richest and most famous king in the history of Israel. He had everything a king could want: wisdom, wealth, and world fame.

Watch this message, as our pastor Brian Kamstra shares with us the one thing that almost destroyed Solomon: a divided heart.

Sometimes we are so busy doing the work of the ministry that we decide we don't have time to rest. But we can find peace and refreshment when we rest. In this message from guest speaker Dr. Ozzie Smith, we learn from examples of Scripture how important it is to simply rest.

In the Old Testament book of Habakkuk, the prophet accuses God of being unfair. God tells Habakkuk to wait for an answer. In the interchange between them, God shows us how we need to go about waiting.

Michael Panther was our guest speaker.

Michael is the founder of Living With Hope, a ministry based in the Northwest Indiana & Chicagoland area. Living With Hope partners with international organizations to provide mobility devices to Africa's people with disabilities, train and equip indigenous pastors to reach those with disabilities in their communities, and offer the gospel of hope through Jesus to all.
