At Spirit of God Fellowship, you won’t see an offering plate passed around, and many newcomers wonder how they can give to the church. We welcome your tithes and offerings, and have been blessed to see how God uses the generosity of our church family in many ways, from simply keeping our lights on, to expanding our ministries, to blessing families who are struggling. Each gift, no matter the size, is used to further the Kingdom of God.

“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work”

A Little About Giving...

God’s Word calls us to obediently “tithe” (give 10%) of what He gives us, to do His kingdom work. “Offerings” given to God are gifts above and beyond our tithes. Tithes and offerings are vital to the health of our church and provide for all the areas of ministry and outreach.

 

That might mean being lavishly generous or simply sacrificial…like sacrificing a fast food meal once a week and giving that cost to the Bulding Fund or buying a ticket to the Youth Group Car Wash Fundraiser. What you give should be decided between you and God, so we ask that you give in some way from a worshipful heart.

 

Prayerfully consider:

 

2 Corinthians 9:7-8 “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart what to give, not reluctantly of under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.”


We are asking that you prayerfully support by giving financially to fulfill God’s vision for the future of our church. Come alongside us and be part of the next phase of our miraculous story, and prepare to be blessed.
